The repair process, step by step

  1. You call. Tell us the appliance, brand, model, symptom and your town. Call (539) 281-3311.
  2. We schedule the visit. We give you an arrival window that fits the schedule.
  3. We inspect and test. The technician checks the appliance, finds the fault and confirms what failed.
  4. We explain in plain words. What failed, what the repair involves, the part and labor cost, and how long it should take.
  5. You decide. Go ahead with the repair, ask about replacement, or decline. No pressure.
  6. We repair and test. The fix is made and the appliance is tested so you see it working.
  7. You get the details. What was done, and the warranty terms that apply to your repair.
Local note: Broken Arrow homes range from newer subdivisions to older houses near downtown, and laundry spaces can be tight. Tell us about access when you call, such as stairs, a basement laundry or a tight closet, so the visit goes smoothly.

Frequently asked questions

How does appliance repair work?

You call and describe the problem, we schedule a visit, a technician inspects and tests the appliance, explains what failed and what it will cost, and you decide whether to go ahead. If you do, the repair is done and the appliance is tested.

How long does a repair take?

Many repairs are finished in one visit when the part is on hand. Some parts have to be ordered, which adds time. We tell you what to expect after the diagnosis.

Do I have to approve the repair first?

Yes. You decide whether to go ahead after the problem and cost are explained.

What if the part has to be ordered?

We explain which part, the cost and the likely wait, and you choose whether to proceed.

Will you tell me if replacing is smarter?

If the repair does not make financial sense, we say so. See our repair-or-replace guide.
